We have fiercely curated amazing boutique and maker Brands from all corners of the globe, whom by themselves do not have the resources or capability to be available globally. The Brands we have partnered with have been founded with respect to craftsmanship, to people & to the environment. Shopping on Me Me gives you piece of mind you are supporting extraordinary Brands who truly care, each brand has been fiercely curated against our 5 pillars; 1. 1. Freight & Delivery
Our boutique & maker Brands (“Providers”) ship direct to you from all around the world. To provide you access to these amazing boutique and maker Brands we include freight charges in the purchase. Freight charges are added to the purchase price of the products during the Check Out process. Freight charges are applied to each Brand, therefore if you purchase multiple Brands in one transaction, that transaction will carry multiple freight charges. Your order arrives on your doorstep direct from the Brand, goods are shipped from the country of origin. Freight charges may change from time to time. Shipping costs are influenced by your location. A charge of US$5.00 is applied to Domestic shipping when you and the Brand are within the same country. A charge of US$15.00 is applied Within Continent and a charge of US$40.00 is applied to Rest of World shipping when you and the Brand are not within the same country or continent. Freight charges will be displayed on the product pages and at Cart dependent on your location. Processing time includes the time from when your order is created until it is ready to be dispatched. Processing times vary per Brand.  Some of our products are made to order. If the item is made to order please expect a longer delivery time, check delivery details on the Brand page for further information. We will endeavour to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt of your order, in the case where a sale is made on a weekend or public holiday, goods (excluding made to order) will be dispatched within the next 2 working days, however due to circumstances out of our control this may not occur. If there are any unforeseen delays, you will be contacted. Orders will be shipped to you by a courier service of our choosing.   Availability of item is not guaranteed. If you order an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email. As soon as your order is shipped, a confirmation email is sent to your email address provided on the order.
2. Tracking Orders
To trace a parcel, please contact our customer service support team. For any DHL parcels, an auto-generated email will be sent to you confirming your parcel has been shipped with a tracking number and link to DHL tracking system.
3. Customs & Duties
International Orders are shipped as delivery duty unpaid (“DDU”). Prices displayed on our Website are exclusive of any taxes and duties payable. Payment may be necessary to release orders from customs. Neither Me Me or the Brand is responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Me Me & the Brand to be authorised to receive the goods on the customers behalf.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We’re confident you’ll love your Me Me purchase, however, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return, at your own cost, your unworn item in saleable condition with tags attached, in original packaging and with original proof of purchase within 14 days of delivery. Once the Returned Goods are received, you will be provided with a credit. Please note that credits cannot be transferred across different Brands that are offered on our Website.
5. Defective Goods
Please ensure that you open your parcel and check all products are included and are undamaged. If you believe that the products were damaged in transit or are faulty, please contact us in writing as soon as possible and in any event within 5 working days after the delivery date. All products delivered to you will be deemed to be accepted by you after the 5 working days.
